Welcome to Centre for AI Leadership Ltd. We are a non-profit organisation registered in Singapore dedicated to providing quality information sharing and best practices to develop leadership in the age of AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, programs, and other resources (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals, organizations, and entities that comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to do so.
3. Services
We provide ecosystem intelligence for our members to have access to key information to make informed decisions about Generative AI. As such, the information shared to you as a member is part of the service. We also provide learning and development programmes, as well as consultancy to organisations that can extend from the content that we cover within this site.
4. Donations and Sponsorships
We appreciate your support for our mission. We currently do not accept donations and would recommend signing up for a membership or reach out to us for potential for sponsorship of different activities that will be conducted in the future.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Engaging in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive.
