## What We Do

C4AIL provides AI leadership training and consulting built on the principle that awareness must precede competency. We help organisations navigate AI adoption through structured frameworks rather than tool-specific training.

## Key Frameworks

- **AI Awareness Model**: Four tiers (AI Unaware → AI User → AI Amplifier → AI Orchestrator) mapping the journey from passive consumption to strategic orchestration of AI systems.
- **Seven Maturity Levels (L0–L6)**: Passenger → Novice Experimenter → Routine Operator → Competent Integrator → Strategic Modifier → Expert Innovator → Maestro.
